•You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

•The hair must be returned and assessed by us to confirm it is in good condition.

•The item must be unused and in its original state.

•All delivery and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 
Clear photo or video evidence of the defect or incorrect item must be provided before any exchange is approved.
 
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will proceed with an exchange.
 
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with style, or improper handling after delivery.
